Cuisine
We believe that our Guests derive no less pleasure from eating than we do from cooking. We create a signature cuisine born out of respect for products and quality. On one hand, we look strongly towards the southern continent and joyfully reach for seafood. On the other hand, we seek out Polish, local products with incredible flavors and aromas.
We offer a selection of tapas, mussels, shrimp, along with marinated Moroccan olives and Polish cheeses and meats. Fish, meat, vegetarian dishes, and of course, our exquisite paella. Additionally, we serve sandwiches, burgers, and pasta. And desserts...
Leading us on this culinary journey is Chef Łukasz Janusz and his team. Łukasz is young and ambitious, yet humble. He eagerly discovers new flavors and listens attentively to the voice of our Guests.
